Fool proof pizza dough

I took 2 cups maida,

1 Tbsp oil, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp yeast, 1 tsp salt, few Tbsp warm milk, egg also room temp, then make the batter w lukewarm water like u would for rotis and leave it aside outside for few hours

After it has risen with oily hands mix it one (ghondo) more time and either spread it on the pizza pans with hand or use bailan to form big rotis but not v thin, keep it a bit thick. Then I make sauce w ketchup, hot sauce, mayo and chili garlic sauce, I put everything with andaza and spread it, then put boiled chicken or leftover keema, if I want ch.tikka pizza then I give chicken coal dum if not skip it, put capsicum, onions or any veggie u want, this time I had put pineapples too. Then put mozzarella cheese shredded, Bake it for 20 mins till cheese is all melted and it’s not khacha frm middle.
