Foil Roast Steam Chicken

SHADIYUN WALAY steam roast chicken

Ingredients


Chicken 1kg 8 pieces

Garlic chopped 1tbsp

Garlic minced 1 Tbsp

Tamarind pulp 4tbsp

Red chilli powder 1tsp

Green chilli paste 1tsp heaped

Cumin powder 1tsp

Salt 1tbsp levelled

Chaat masala 1tsp

Chinese salt 1/2tsp

Oil for deep frying

Aluminium foil pieces 8

Zarda food colour 1/4tsp


Method


Marinate chicken with Zarda colour, minced garlic and half the salt.

Heat oil deep fry chicken for 6mins till golden.

Remove from oil and let them cool


In bowl marinate fried chicken with chopped garlic tamarind pulp salt red chilli powder green chilli paste Chaat masala Chinese salt and some food color and leave it for an hour or longer.


Take foil sheet Put each marinated chicken

In foil wrap it tightly and put them in steamer for 20 mins.


Serve with chutney and Salad

Water 1 cup

2 green chilli

Half bunch dhaniya

Half bunch podina

Salt half tsp

Red chilli flakes & powder 1 tsp

Zeera & dhaniya powder half tsp each

Blend in blender
