Ingredients: Beef mince 1kg Dahi 1/2kg Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp Onion fried 3medium Kaccha papita paste 2tbsp Oil 1/4cup Tikka seekhkabab masala 1packet
Method:
In mince add all the above ingredients n marinate for 2hours then cook on medium low flame till beef become well done.Now smoke your qeema with a  burning charcoal for 1 min. Garnish with green chillies n ginger .
