It is spicy n tasty ,crispy n saucy chinese recipe u can serve it with garlic fried rice or vegetable fried rice .


INGREDIENTS:


  1. Chicken boneless : 1 kg

  2. Egg 1

  3. Salt to taste

  4. Chicken powder 2 tbsp

  5. Garlic chopped 2tbsp

  6. White pepper 2 tsp

  7. Black pepper 2 tsp

  8. Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

  9. Vinegar 4 tbsp

  10. Soya sauce 4 tbsp

  11. Chilli sauce 2 tbsp

  12. Sriracha sauce 1/4cup

  13. Chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup

  14. Honey 2 tbsp

  15. Sesame seeds 3tbsp


Method:

  1. In chicken add salt,1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp white pepper, 1/2tbsp crushed red chilli ,1tbsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp garlic chopped, vinegar 2 tbsp, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 egg mix them well and marinate chicken for 1 hour.

  2. Deep fry marinated chicken until it becomes golden , roast sesame seeds for 2 mins,

  3. in a separate pot add oil then add 1 tbsp garlic n saute for 2 min on low flame then add crushed red chill 1/2tbsp and again saute for 2min

  4. when the garlic turns golden add 1tsp white pepper, 1tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp chicken powder, salt, vinegar 2tbsp, soya sauce 2 tbsp, chilli sauce 2 tbsp ,sriracha sauce 1/4cup, chilli garlic sauce1/2 cup,honey and

  5. cook for 2 minutes then add fried chicken n mix them well ,in last add roasted sesame seeds.
