Degi Punjabi Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Onion - 3 medium
Tomato - 3 medium
Yogurt - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 4 sliced
Minced Garlic Ginger - 2 Tbs
Red Chillies - 2 Tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Oil
Ground Masala 1
Corriander - 2 Tbsp
Cumin - 1 Tbsp
Grind to powder Corriander and Cumin
Ground Masala 2
Cumin - 1 Tbsp
Bay Leaves - 1
Cinnamon - 2 small
Black pepper corn - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4
Grind all these spices
Method:
- Add sliced onion to oil and fry till light brown 
- Add chicken and salt and fry for 7 -8 min till chicken changes colour and turns brownish 
- Now add tomatoes and mix. 
- Add red chilli and turmeric. 
- Add garlic ginger. 
- Mix well and cover and let cook for 10 - 13 min. You should start to see gravy forming. 
- Now add Ground Masala 1 and green chillies. 
- Cover and cook for 10 min. You will see oil coming on top and beautiful gravy forming. 
- Now add yogurt and Ground Masala 2. 
- Mix and cook for another 5 - 7 min. 
Chicken is ready with rich gravy and full of fragrance and flavour. Serve with Naans and enjoy!!
