Death by Chocolate cupcakes!šš¤

Go through all the tips šā¤ļø
*This recipe is for 12 cupcakes and 24 mini cupcakes.
*Preheat the oven at 150° for 20 mins.
*Preheat the pot for 20 minutes if making on stove.
*line the cupcakes, grease with some oil/butter.
*Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature.
Recipe:
*Dissolve half 1 tsp coffee in half cup water, keep it aside.
*Dissolve 1 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice in half cup milk, keep it aside. (Homemade buttermilk is ready)
Seive the following dry ingredients and keep them aside:
- 1/4th cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder@italiano.pk
- salt 3 pinch
- 1 cup flour (maida)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
In a separate bowl beat:
1/4th cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Vanilla essence 1 cap
Add the coffee water, beat.
Now add the dry mixture with the buttermilk. And fold with the spatula. *Donot over mix.
Fill your cupcake pan with the batter. *Donot fill full or half. Keep it 1/3rd.
*Place a small steel bowl filled with water in the oven, results in soft cupcakes.
*Place your cupcake tray in the middle rack for better results.
*Bake at 120°
*Bake for exact 20 minutes or until your skewer comes out clean.
*When baked, let them cool. store in an airtight box. It will lock the moisture and they will remain fresh for good 4 days.
Ganache:
1 cup cream@milkpakcream
2 cups of cooking chocolate@italiano.pk
Heat cream, don't let it boil. Add chocolate mix and let it cool in refrigerator till it gets thick.
