Qeema 1/2 kg Gg paste half tspn Salt half tspn Red chili pwd half tspn Garam masala half tspn Chili flakes half tspn Tikka sekh kabab masla 1tbsp Egg 1 4bread soaked in Water Capsicum 1 Tomatoe 1
Method:
Add all the spices , soaked bread and 1 egg in qeema and mix well keep in refrigerator for 1 hour
Now make kababs in cylindrical shape. Fry it.
Now keep in big thaal.
Now put sliced capsicum and tomatoes on top of the kabab and lastly put French fries and put on dam for 5 to 8 minus.
Now serve it with chapati and raita
