CINNAMON ROLLS

Cinnamon rolls r a nice treat for breakfast, or for a snack.Learn how to make delicious cinnamon rolls, it is a perfect recipe.wake up to the smell of cinnamon rolls this weekend.


Ingredients:

For dough

All purpose flour 3 cup

Butter 2tbsp

Sugar 4tbsp

Warm milk 1cup

Egg 1 large

Salt 1/2tsp

Instant yeast 2 1/4tsp


For cinnamon roll filling:

Brown sugar 1/4cup

Cinnamon powder 2tbsp

Butter 6tbsp


Cream cheese icing:

Cream cheese 4oz or 113gm

Butter 4tbsp

Powdered sugar 3/4cup

1tsp vanilla extract


METHOD:

In a bowl take warm milk, sugar ,instant yeast, salt, one egg n 2 tbsp melted butter mix them now add 3cup flour n mix them ,Knead the dough for 5 min , cover it n leave for 30 min or until it become double in size.

Now mix brown sugar n cinnamon powder .

In a separate bowl mix cream cheese 4tbsp butter n powder sugar n beat them with a hand whisk or beater (if u want a fluffy texture).kept in fridge.

When the dough become double in size make a rectangle of dough using a rolling pin.Now spread brown sugar n cinnamon mixture all over the rectangle n start rolling the dough. Now make shapes of cinnamon roll by using a sharp knife. Now place in a greased baking dish, cover it n leave for another 10 min to rise.

Now in a preheated oven bake at 180c for 20 to 25 min until it become nice golden in colour .Add your frosting over cinnamon rolls.Soft fluffy cinnamon rolls r ready to serve.
