Ingredients

  1. Chicken 1

  2. Tomatoes 1/2kg or more

  3. Garlic Ginger 2Tbs

  4. Salt

  5. Green Chillies 10 or more according to taste

  6. Green Corriander and lemon juice



Method


  1. Add enough oil to Chicken to nearly cover it, add salt, and deep fry till start to get golden from corners

  2. Add whole tomatoes and cover for 5 - 7 min till tomatoes start to get soft.

  3. Remove excess oil.

  4. Break tomatoes with your spoon

  5. Remove any visible big tomato skin pieces.

  6. Add garlic ginger and green chillies.

  7. Fry till oil seperates.

  8. Add lemon juice and green corriander.

  9. Chursi Chicken is ready!!

This is the original recipe where no spices are used except salt, tomatoes and greenchillies.

If you like to make your own variations, you may add blackpepper / crushed red chillies / roasted cumin / roasted coriander.
