Chicken Tikka Pizza" ( no-oven)

For Dough:
- Maida 3-1/2 cup - yeast - 2 tsp - salt- 1 tsp - sugar- 1 tsp -Butter- 2 tbsp -egg- 1 - luke warm water - 3/4cup -luke warm milk - 3/4 cup
For Chicken Tikka Chunks:
- chicken - 250gms - yogurt -1/2 cup -salt- 1 tsp -chicken tikka masala- 2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp -lemon juice - 1 tbsp -Oil - 3 tbsp
Other Ingredients :
- Capsicum -Pizza Sauce -Cheddar cheese -Mozeralla cheese - Red chilli flakes
Method:
- In maida, add all dry ingredients, mix well - now add egg and soft butter. Mix again - Now knead the dough with water n milk mixture. - apply surface on dough top. And cover it for 2 hrs. - after 2 hrs, punch down the dough. - Divide it into 3 portions.
-For chicken,
- Mix all the above ingredients in the chicken. - let it marinate for 1/2 hr. - Cook it, until chicken is fully cooked n dried.
Assembling
-Roll the dough and place it in the tray - Prick the whole center portion with the fork - Apply pizza sauce. - Then mixture of cheddar and Mozeralla cheese - Place chicken chunks, then capsicum and onion - Cover all with cheddar and Mozeralla cheese. - Sprinkle chilli flakes
- Now in a pateeli, place salt in the base. -Keep a stand and cover it - switch on the flame ( high) for 10 minutes. -Now place the pizza tray and cover the lid. - Pizza will be ready in 10-15 minutes
