Chicken Tandoori Tikka and Parathas

For Chicken Tandoori Tikkah:


Ingredients:

Chicken 6 to 8 pieces

Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbspoon

Kashmiri laal mirch 2tsp

Red chillie powder 1tsp

Garam masala home made 1tsp

Orange or lemon juice 2 tablespoon

Yogurt thick 4 to 5 tablespoon

Orange food colour 1/4tsp optional

Salt to taste

Tomato paste 4 tablespoon( ready made)


Method:


mix all ingredients on chicken pieces ..also cut chicken pieces so that all spices absorb inside it...marinate it for 2 to 3 hrs..


In a non stick pan put oil and chicken pieces cook on.slow to medium flame on each side 5 to 6 mins thn turn the side ....cook again and cover the lid.... thn give it coal smoke...


For Parathas:


All purpose flour 1and a half cup

Salt half tsp

Sugar 1tsp full

Oil 2 to 3 tablespoon

Water for kneading


Method:


mix all the above ingredients and knead it soft.. give it rest for half hour... roll it..and make round parathas.. you can use oil or ghee for frying...i made three parathas from this recepie...

Enjoy ur tandoori tikkah and parathas with salad ..raita or chutni....😊😊
