*Tayari to make Sajji you will need*
1 whole chicken ( chargah style)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper 4garlic cloves crushed 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp saji masala Juice of I lemon
*Making of Sajji*
*Step 1.*
Rub the chicken with salt ,pepper and garlic
*Step 2.* Pour in oil heat it and than put the chicken inthe pan and fry it and occasionally keep on turning after 5 to 6 min till it is lightly brown in colour.Take the pot of the heat and leave it too cool.
*Step 3.* U will need Sajji masala powder. Ingredients for masala powder. U need mortar or grinder to grind the ingredients:
Pepper corns 2 tbsp Seeds 6 to 8 from cardamom pods Zeera 3 tbsp Sea salt 1 tsp Amchoor 3 tbsp Kali mirch 8 to 10 1 fennel seeds (sauf) 3 tbsp corriander seeds ( Sabot Dhania).
**Step 4.*
Heat the oven 190 /170 fan gas.Put the chicken in roasting grill tin and loosely cover with foil. Keep it brushing with juices on tin tray and made powder saji (not much). Take -out the chicken tray out of oven three to four times and pour on the juices in and on the chicken.Pirece a fork /knife to check if chicken is done.
*Note:* If fork or knife comes out clear than your Sajji is ready to serve .Sprinkle Sajji masala powder again all over the chicken. Serve with *Raita ,freshly sliced tomatoes and lemon slices* .
