One full chicken
For marination:
Salt. 1teaspoon full
Red chili flakes. One and a half teaspoon
Freshly grounded black pepper. One and a half teaspoon
One cup plain yogurt
One tablespoon venigar
One and half teaspoon soya sauce
One tablespoon Garlic paste
Lemon juice of two lemons
Puncture the chicken with fork and mix the masala thoroughly.
Leave to settle for 1 hour
Now
Add one and a half cup oil in a pan and heat at medium flame
Place the chicken in the pan of oil and cover the lid
Let it cook for 35-40 min at medium temperature
Optional
Once done,you may garnish it with sesame seeds and other ganishishing as you like.
