Ingredients for chicken patties

Chicken mince 500gms

Bread crumbs 4tbsp

Corn flour 1tbsp

Salt 1/2tsp

Black pepper 1/2tsp

Jalapenos chopped 1tsp

Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp

Mustard paste 1tsp

Oregano 1/4tsp

Chicken powder 1tsp

Garlic powder 1tsp

Combine all the ingredients and make palm size patties grill/pan fry

Caramelized onion

In sauce pan heat 1tbsp Butter put 1large chopped onion add 1tsp Worcestershire sauce keep stirring till it becomes caramelized

Secret sauce

Mayonnaise 1cup

Ketchup 1/2cup

Mustard paste 1tbsp

Apple cider vinegar/vinegar 1tbsp

Salt to taste

Jalapenos chopped 1tsp

Garlic powder 1/4tsp

Mix all together well and keep aside

To assemble

Lightly toasted burger buns 4

Ice berg lettuce as req

Spread some butter put lettuce then cooked pattie, cheese slice (optional, melt slightly under the grill), spread generously secret sauce then caramelized onion cover the top.

Serve with French fries.
