Chicken Masala

Try this simple yummy recipe 😋


Chicken Marination:

1. Chicken - 1/2 kg 2. Bhuna pisa Dhania Zeera - 1 Tbs 3. Crushed Red Chillies - 1Tbs (make it more or less according to how hot you like, keeping in mind that you will also add Tikka masala later) 4. Tumeric - 1/4 tsp 5. Meat tenderiser - 1/2 Tsp Marinate for 30 min

Rest of Ingredients:

1. Garlic - kuta hoa 2Tbs 2. Yogurt - 1/2 cup 3. Tikka Masala 1 Tbs 4. Yellow food color - pinch 5. Ginger Julienne cut 6. Green chillies 7. Green corriander 8. Lemon juice

Method:

1. Heat oil and add garlic and fry till it releases smell. 2. Add the chicken and bhoonafy for 10 min. 3. Add yogurt and pinch of yellow food color, mix and lower the flame for 10 min till chicken is tender. 4. Bhoonafy for 5 min, at this stage you can transfer it to a tawa.

5. Add Tikka masala, green chillies, lemon juice and ginger. Check salt and adjust. 6. Bhoonafy for couple of minutes. 7. If you like a bit of gravy add little water but not too much as this is not a shorba salan 😊 8. Garnish with green corriander. 9. Serve and enjoy 😉

# Would go really well with parathay / puri as well # You can use this recipe for beef boti as well.
