Chicken Karhai with Gravy

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken - 1kg 
- Oil - 1/2 Cup 
- Garlic Ginger minced - 2 Tbsp 
- Tomatoes - 6 Large 
- Red Chillie powder - 1.5 Tbsp 
- Tumeric powder - 1tsp 
- Yogurt - 1 cup beaten 
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp 
- Green Chillies lemon jiiuce, green corriander, gingere for garnish 
- Karhai Masala: 
Roasted and Crushed Cumin - 1 Tbsp
Roasted and Crushed Corriander - 1 Tbsp
Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
- Heat half cup oil and add 2 Tbsp garlic ginger. 
- Add 6 large tomatoes (crushed). 
- Bhunafy tomatoes well, when oil comes on top ,add 1kg Chicken and salt to taste and fry well. 
- Cook Chicken for 10 min on medium low, then add 1.5 Tbsp Chilli powder and 1 tsp Turmeric powder. 
- Cover and cook Chicken for 10 min. 
- Add in 1 cup beaten Yogurt and mix well. 
- Add Karhai masala towards last with 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala 
- Add Fresh green Chillies and rest of the garnish and dum for few minutes 
Your Karhai with Gravy is ready!!!
