CHICKEN CHARGHA KABAB

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast 1kg cut into cubes 
- salt 1.2 Tbs 
- ginger paste 2tsp 
- garlic paste 2tsp 
- lemon juice 2 tsp 
- Red Chilli powder 1Tbs 
- Kashmiri chilli 1 Tbs 
- corriander powder 1tsp 
- cumin powder 1tsp 
- garammasala 1tsp 
- black pepper 1tsp 
- red food color 1/4th tsp 
- Yogurt 2Tbs 
- Egg 1 beaten 
- flour 2Tbs 
- corn colour 1/2 cup 
- bamboo skewer dipped in water 
Method
Add garlic ginger, salt and lemon juice to chicken. You can marinate the chicken for 30min to 1 hour.
Add all the spices, mix well
Add egg, mix well
Add Flour and Corn flour, mix well
Now thread the chicken in skewers, placing the pieces tight together.
Take a wok and heat oil in it and put it on high flame so oil gets v hot
Then reduce the heat to medium low.
Put few chicken skewers in the wok for deep frying.
Deep fry the chicken for 6 minutes on one side, then turn around and fry the other side for another 6 min.
This way fry all your chicken and keep it on a side.
Now before serving, heat up your oil again so it is very hot.
Fry each piece of chicken for 30sec / 1min on each side
Drizzle lemon juice and chat masala and enjoy!!
You can also brush the chicken pieces with Nandos sauce for additional flavour:)
