CHICKEN CHARGHA KABAB

INGREDIENTS


  1. Chicken breast 1kg cut into cubes

  2. salt 1.2 Tbs

  3. ginger paste 2tsp

  4. garlic paste 2tsp

  5. lemon juice 2 tsp

  6. Red Chilli powder 1Tbs

  7. Kashmiri chilli 1 Tbs

  8. corriander powder 1tsp

  9. cumin powder 1tsp

  10. garammasala 1tsp

  11. black pepper 1tsp

  12. red food color 1/4th tsp

  13. Yogurt 2Tbs

  14. Egg 1 beaten

  15. flour 2Tbs

  16. corn colour 1/2 cup

  17. bamboo skewer dipped in water

Method

Add garlic ginger, salt and lemon juice to chicken. You can marinate the chicken for 30min to 1 hour.

Add all the spices, mix well

Add egg, mix well

Add Flour and Corn flour, mix well

Now thread the chicken in skewers, placing the pieces tight together.

Take a wok and heat oil in it and put it on high flame so oil gets v hot

Then reduce the heat to medium low.

Put few chicken skewers in the wok for deep frying.

Deep fry the chicken for 6 minutes on one side, then turn around and fry the other side for another 6 min.

This way fry all your chicken and keep it on a side.

Now before serving, heat up your oil again so it is very hot.

Fry each piece of chicken for 30sec / 1min on each side

Drizzle lemon juice and chat masala and enjoy!!

You can also brush the chicken pieces with Nandos sauce for additional flavour:)
