Chicken Boti Skewers

Ingredients

- Boneless Chicken Boti ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbs
- Green Chilli Paste 2 tsp
- Yogurt 3 tbs
- Mustard Oil 3 tbs
- Fried Onion and crushed 2 tbs
- White Vinegar 1 tbs
- Meat Tenderizer 1/2 tbs
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp or to taste
- Nutmeg & Mace ¼ tsp
- Whole Spice Powder ½ tsp
- Roasted Gram or Gram Flour 1-2 tbs
- Poppy Seeds Roasted 1 tsp
Directions:
1. MARINATE:
- Grind together roasted gram and poppy seeds. You can use Gram Flour (Baisan) instead of roasted gram.
- In a bowl add boti and all other ingredients and mix well.
- Leave for 2-3 hours or more if want tenderer.
2. BAKE:
- Adjust the Botis on Skewers and bake for 20 - 25 min at 180 degrees.
3. PAN FRY:
- Pan fry skewers in little oil to give nice color.
4. SERVE:
- Serve with Matar Pulao, Parathas, Pooris or Naans along with Chutneys and Salad.

Bihari Boti ke Ajza:
- Boneless Chicken Boti ½ kg
- Adrak Lehsun ka paste 1 tbs
- Hari Mirch ka Paste 2 tsp
- Dahi 3 tbs
- Sarson ka tel 3 tbs
- Tali hue aur crushed piyaz 2 tbs
- Safed Sirka 2 tbs
- Jaifil javitri ¼ tsp
- Namak 1 tsp ya hasbe zaika
- Haldi ½ tsp
- Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp ya hasbe zaika
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
- Bhunay Chanay 1-2 tbs
- Khushkhash roasted 1 tsp
Directions:
- Bhunay Chanay aur khushkhush ko ek saath bareek pees lein.
- Bowl main sab ajza ko mila ke saath main chicken ki botiyan shamil kardein aur achi tarah mix karlein.
- 2-3 hours ke liye chhor dein. Zada der chhor sakte hain naram botiyon ke liye.
- Botiyon ko skewers main laga kar 20 min ke liye oven main bake bhi karsakte hain @ 180 degree pe.
- Frying pan main thora oil daal ker skewers ko pan fry ker lain.
- Parathas, Pooris ya Naans aur Chutneys aur salad ke sath serve karein.
