Cheesy OnePot Pasta

12 oz macaronis or whatever curly pasta you like, boiled

1/2 cup boiled shredded Boneless chicken

1 tablespoon Garlic paste

1/2 cup of sliced green onions, bell peppers & green chilies.

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup or grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup of mozzarella cheese

Salt a teaspoon

1 tablespoon soya sauce

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes


Directions:

Heat butter over medium heat. Add one tablespoon of garlic paste, then the shredded chicken, cook for a minute then add black pepper, salt, red chili flakes, soya sauce and cook the chicken for about 5 mins.

Add in the vegetables and sauté for about 2 minutes.

Then add grated cheddar cheese. Mix it well.

Top it off with lots of mozzarella cheese and cover the skillet for about a minute and on high flame.

Garnish with chopped cilantro 🍃
