***1.5 kg machine say double pisa hua qeema.

Paani naa guzaarein, even qeemay ko strainer/chaannay mei rakhein takeh excess pani/blood hat jaae. Is say apka kabab kabhi bhi nahi tootega.


Garam masala pissa hua (1 tsp)

Sabit dhaniya/whole coriander (1 tbsp)

Zeera/cumin pisa hua (1 tsp)

Laal mirch kuti/red chilli flakes and powder hui (1 tbsp or adjust)

Bhunay huay chanay pees lein ( 3 tbsp)

Anaar daana (1 tbsp)

Namak (1 tbsp)

Haldi (1 tsp)

Hara dhaniya hari mirch (3-4tbsp)

adrak lassan kuta hua/gingergarlic (2 tbsp)

Anda/egg (1)

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp (key ingredient for super moist kababs)


***Let it rest for an hour. Most important step.


***When frying

Chopped onion/Kuti hui pyaaz jab bana rahay ho tab add krna hai (1 medium)
