Ingredients
Gram lentils (channa daal) 1kg
Milk 1lt
Sugar 3cups (according to taste)
Cardamom powder 1tsp heaped
Clarified butter 1cup
Dry mill powder 1cup
Nuts as req
Kewra water few drops
Method
Soak lentils for 4 hours in milk
Boil lentil along with milk till tender nd moisture evaporates
Grind the boiled lentils in to creamy paste
Heat clarified butter pour the blended mixture and keep bhunofyng for good 30mins
Now add sugar and cook for 15mins more
Afterwards add some more clarified butter and keep bhunofyng till the colour changes to dark goldenish
Add dry milk powder cardamom powder nuts kewra water
Take them out in dish
Set and cut into to small pieces
