Butter Chicken aka Makhni Handi

For Sauce:
- 2 cup water 
- Tomatoes chopped 6 
- Onion 1 chopped 
- Cinnamon stick 1 
- black cardamom 1 
- Small cardamom 1 
- Kashmiri laal mirch powder/talhaar mirch powder 1 tbsp 
- Butter 2 tbsp 
In a pan add all these ingredients and cook till the tomatoes are mushy. Grind the mixture and strain to get a silky smooth buttery consistency.
For chicken Marination:
- Chicken boneless half kg 
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp 
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 
- Salt to taste. 
- Haldi half tsp 
- Oil 3 tbsp 
- 1 cup yogurt 
- 2 tbsp kashmiri laal Mirch powder 
Method:
- Marinate the chicken and stir fry. 
- Now in a pan add the starained tomato puree, 2 tbsp butter some salt and red chilli powder plus flakes. 
- Cook till it gets thick. 
- Turn off the flame, add the chicken and 2 tbsp cream. 
- Mix and serve. 
- Garnish with green chillies, coriander and cream. ⭐
