Have you ever tried “grated beetroot” in gosht kaa salaan. If you haven’t you are missing something massive in your life 😊


This tastes so different and amazing and my family loves it.



Beetroot is full of flavour and goodness and when you grate and add it with timatar and gosht kaa salan the combination is Zabardast!! The color and flavour of the dish is so vibrant.


Recipe is like you make you normal gosht kaa salan bus at the end add grated (beetroot) chukander and bhoonafy properly.


Have it with garam garam roti and it is the most amazing salan you would have tried 😊



Recipe is simple:


Gosht masala recipe is basic like you make like everyday salan:


1.Fry onion in some oil

2.Add meat and fry.

3.Add garlic ginger and fry.

4. Add masalay salt, red chillie powder, huldi, dhania powder and fry.

5.Add water and cook on low flame till meat becomes tender.

6. Add tomatoes and fry till oil seperates.

7. Add grated chukander and let it cook with half cup of water for like 20 min.

8. Increase the heat and fry (bhoonna) till oil gets seperated.

9. Add green chillies, lemon juice and put it on dum for 5 min

10. Serve with garam roti and enjoy x
