Ingredients for yakni: Beef with bone 1kg Basmati rice 1/2kg Ginger 1.5 inch piece Garlic 1 whole Namak to taste Sonf 2 tb spoon Dhania 2 tb spoon Bari elichi 2 Choti elici 2 Pyas 2 darmiyani sabit Safeed zeera 1 teasp Tezpatta 2 Cinnamon 1 piece Long 5 Kalimirch whole 15 Ingredient for bhagar: Pyas 4 (slice) Lahsan adrak paste 1tbsp Choti elichi 6 Black zeera 1/2tea sp Tez pata 1 Darchini 1 piece Long 4 Kali mirch 10 sabit Dahi 1 cup Hari mirch 7 to 8 Namak to taste Oil 3/4 cup Tamatar 2 Method: Sab se pehle tamam yakni ke ingredient except sabat dhania aur sonf aik patile me dal dain aur dhania aur sonf ki potli bana kar dl dain phir gosht galne tak pakain .

Yakni tayyar he gosht aur yakhni alag karlain aur lasan ko daba kar uska paste nikal lain.potli pheenk dain. Bhagar ke liye aik bari patili me garam masal aur pyas golden fry kar lain aur thoori pyas nikal lain baqi me lahsan adrak paste dal dain phir dahi me hari mirch pees kar dal dain tamater dal dain aur gosht dal dain aur bhoon kar yakni dal dain 3 glass yakhni honi chahiye phir chawal dal kar pani khusk hone per dam per laga dain

15 min bad yakni pulao tayyar he. Fried pyas uper se dalain aur podine ke raite ke sath serve karain. 🥦🌶
