Beef Roast, crispy & tender

Ingredients
Beef ( with bones we prefer ribs, shank specially) 1kg
Gingergarlic paste 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1tsp
Green chilli paste 1tbsp
Method to prepare meat .
Simply put meat in a pot along with all ingredients and 1 glass of water and let it cook for 2 hours.
For batter
Once meat is tender allow it to cool mean while make the batter
Take 1 cup all purpose flour, 1tsp black pepper, chicken powder 1/2tsp , garlic powder 1/2tsp add 1/4cup chilled water and make medium thick consistency batter
Dip each piece in batter and fry till golden and crispy.
Serve with fries, salad , Chutney and paratha/dinner rolls
