Beef chilli gravy served with garlic fried rice

For beef marination


In a bowl put 500gms beef undercut, salt to taste , black pepper 1tsp, corn flour 2tbsp, dark soya sauce 1tsp mix and leave it for an hour ..


Heat oil and fry the marinated beef till done . Take it out and keep aside ...





For sauce ..


In same pot take out excess oil and leave 2tbsp in it fry one mediuk sliced onion, 1 large capsicum, and 4 deseeded sliced green chillies for 2 mins , take them out and keep aside...now in same oil

add 1tbsp chopped garlic , 1tsp chopped ginger, 2tbsp dark soya sauce , black pepper 1/2tsp , white pepper 1/2tsp , 2tbsp vinegar , 1tsp sugar and 1 beef/chicken stock cube add 1 glass of water and cook the sauce for 3mins , add 1tbsp dissolved corn flour stir it, add fried beef and veggies lastly add few drops of sesame oil.. and serve with garlic rice .
