BBQ chicken gravy

INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken 3lbs 
- Corriander powder 1/2Tbsp 
- Cumin powder 1 tsp 
- Mace and nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp each 
- Yogurt 1 cup 
- Yellow color optional 
- Salt to taste 
- 2Tbsp fried brown onions 
- Black pepper to taste 
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp 
- Red pepper to taste 
- 1Tsp bbq sauce 
- 1/2 cup oil 
- Coal dum for bbq taste 
- Garlic and ginger 1 Tbsp each 
- 2 tomatoes diced 
- 1 onion sliced 
- 2 green chilies 
- Coleslaw packet for garnish 
- Corriander and mint leaves 
- Mayo and ketchup mixed together few Tbsp for drizzling on top 
METHOD
- Mix all the spices in yogurt and marinate chicken with it for 1 hr. 
- Put it on stove on medium flame till the chicken looks cooked then add oil and give it a few stirs. 
- Now add onions, tomatoes , green chilies, corriander and mint leaves and stir again few times till the onion and tomatoes get soft. 
- Heat the coal till it gets red hot and put it on a piece of small bread and place it over the chicken, drizzle oil and cover for 20 mins. 
- Meanwhile in a separate pan empty the coleslaw packet, add 1tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and salt and black pepper to taste and 1 tsp oil, cook until everything is mixed. 
- Dish out the chicken and put the prepared coleslaw on the sides and drizzle the mayo-ketchup on it. Eat it with rice or naan/garlic bread.
