Anday Aloo Kaa Salan

In onions I added sabat jeera and salt and browned them , once browned I added

Potatoes , Green chillies, boonafiedna little and added

Chilli powder

Haldi

Jeera powder

Dhaniya powder and boonafied again ...

once oil separates I added water as much as I wanted and let patatoes cook on low flame ..


Boil eggs


Once potatoes are cooked, add sliced eggs on top garnish with fresh Dhaniya , julienne ginger and green chillies ...

Sprinkle garam masala on top and one teaspoon of kewra water ... put on low flame with lid on let it stand by for 5 minutes and switch gas off ...


Walahi itney koi mazey ka banta hain it’s better then chicken korma I swear ...:)
