Ingredients


  1. Rice basmati/sela boiled 1/2kg

  2. Potatoes boiled nd fried 5-6 cut into halves

  3. Blanched peas 250gms

  4. Yogurt 1cup

  5. Clarified butter 1/2cup

  6. 2 onions sliced

  7. 4 Tomatoes

  8. 2 Star anise

  9. 12 Eggs

  10. 4-5 Green chilies

  11. 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander leaves

  12. 1/4 bunch Mint

  13. Red chilli powder 2tsp

  14. 1/4tsp Turmeric powder

  15. 1/2 tsp Yellow color

  16. 1/2 tsp jaifal jawatri powder

  17. 2tsp Cumin powder

  18. Garam masala 1tsp

  19. 1 tsp Kewra essence

  20. 2tbsp Ginger garlic paste

  21. Salt 1tbsp Method

  22. Boil 12 eggs and shallow fry.

METHOD:


  1. Heat clarified butter fry sliced onions till goldeb brown add ginger garlic paste until golden brown.

  2. Add spices turmeric powder, red chili powder cumin star anise and tomatoes bhunofy well . add fried potatoes and blanched peas nd cook.

  3. Then make a layer of 4 to 5 green chilies, 1/4 bunch mint and 1/4 bunch fresh coriander over gravy .

  4. Now make a layer of boiled rice.

  5. Top with boiled eggs ground jaifal jawatri garam masala , kewra and 1/2 tsp yellow color. Allow simmering for 10 to 12 mins.

  6. Serve with raita and salad.
