Ingredients
1) meat 1 kilo
2) ALU 7 to 8
3) namak 1.5 tsp
4) mirch 2.5 tsp
5) haldi 1 tsp
6) pyaz almost 4
7) tomatoes 3 to 4
8) adrk lehsn ka paste 1 tsp
9) oil as required
10) green chillies 10
Method
1) meat main pyaz tomatoes salt, chillies and 1 glass pani dal ker cooker may pakanay ke lyey rakh dain.
2) Ab cooker main sai meat nikal lain jo gul chuka hoga.
3) ab pateely man oil lain, us main Alo dal dain, fry karain.
4) ab meat aur gravy ko b alu walay mixture main dal ker pakain
5) ab one glass pani dal dain
6) jub ALU pak jae to dhania dal dain aur dum dain.
