Cooking is an art and it offers so much creativity. No other area of our life touches upon so many of us every day to use our skills and create truly brilliant work of art dishes. It is fun to be able to create new dishes and flavours, and the reward is when our friends and families appreciate the food.
There are millions of recipes out there and what I enjoy is to find which recipe really works and then sharing it out.
